On the 22nd of May we welcomed 16 Volunteers from North Yorkshire Council. It rained- heavily! But despite this our volunteers soldiered on and achieved far more in one day than we can hope to achieve in two weeks with gardening, weeding, planting vegetables for the café, and even planted 10 trees to make their own copse in our Woodland- a real garden army!!
