After all the festive fun we can pick up and recycle your Christmas Tree.

For a suggested donation of either £7 for a tree under 10ft, or £10 for a tree over 10ft, we will collect your tree over the weekend of 6th and 7th January and recycle it. We are offering this service within a 5-mile radius of The Walled Garden.

By using our tree collection scheme, you are supporting the valuable work of our charity and ensuring that your tree is carefully disposed in an environmentally low impact way. We will chip your tree and it will be used in the woodland and also for sale for plant mulch. 

We are taking bookings until 5pm on Wednesday 3rd January 2024 so book early to secure your collection.

FAQs

When will you collect my tree?

Collections will take place over the weekend of Friday 5th and Saturday 6th January 2024. Please make sure your tree is out by 8.30am on Friday 5th of January to ensure we can collect it. We can’t guarantee which of the two days we will collect. Please rest assured that if for some reason your tree can’t be collected on these dates, we will return to collect it as soon as possible.

Where should I put my tree?

Please leave your tree on your property close to the road where it can be easily seen. If you have to leave it on the pavement, please ensure it is not a safety hazard to others. If it cannot be left in view, please give us clear instructions when filling in the booking form to enable us to find your tree. Please ensure that your tree can be retrieved safely by our volunteers.

What happens if you haven't collected my tree?

Our teams will be working hard to get all trees collected on time. If your tree hasn’t been collected on either Friday 5th or Saturday 6th January, please rest assured we’ll be back for it. If you have any questions, please contact us on 01765 609229 [email protected]
