Help Following the Bilsdale Mast Fire Arqiva has set up arrangements to provide the following support to all residents affected by the absence of TV signal due to the Bilsdale mast fire. Arqiva are adding additional temporary masts to minimise loss of TV reception. As a result, this week they estimate 95% of households will be able to restore TV coverage. £50 vouchers to help people still without TV services use buy TV streaming devices. Letters containing instructions on how to claim the Currys voucher are being sent out this week. Residents will then need to enter their names, addresses and a unique voucher claim code. A telephone helpline to talk people through other adjustments that can be made to resolve lack of TV when the household does not have access to WIFI and broadband – e.g. moving aerials etc If you still do not have access to the television, there is help available on Arqiva helpline 0800 121 4828. Arqiva will do all the technical support and will do it in person, sending people out to help local residents. If you would struggle to call the helpline RCL staff can help, if you call 01765 609229.
