The Charity Commission has published its official report into its investigation of the Captain Tom Foundation, which shows repeated misconduct and/or mismanagement by Captain Sir Tom Moore’s Family, and that they benefitted personally from their involvement. Ripon Community Link has strong governance in place. Trustees, and the CEO abide by a variety of structures and policies to protect the Charity and are registered with the Fundraising regulator.
