We are very grateful to volunteers, Diane, Heather for organising a wonderful Easter themed fundraising workshop at St Wilfrid’s Community Hall. Diane and Heather were assisted by volunteers Carolyn and Wendy, who were in charge of refreshments.
Guests first painted candles and then used them to make a beautiful Easter table decoration, before enjoying a lovely two course lunch.
We really appreciate the support of those who attended the event, which raised over £700 for the Walled Garden. The money raised will pay for a new permanent wooden Gazebo for Members to use as an outdoor space during warmer months.
All participants had a wonderful time and have asked what the team have planned for their next event!!
