As a registered Charity, Ripon Community Link, we are governed by a Board of Trustees, who delegate day to day responsibility for running the organisation to our Chief Executive supported by a Senior Leadership team. Carolyn Sands is our Chair of the Board of Trustees, and Victoria Ashley is our Chief Executive.

Our Trustees are selected for their wide range of skills and expertise, and together provide strategic direction, constructive challenge and scrutiny to ensure Ripon Walled Garden delivers it’s goals and is managed effectively. All Trustees are eligible for re-appointment at the end of a term of office, in general Trustees serve two Terms of Office, but may be selected to serve a third in exceptional circumstances.
